And it’s just a natural evolution of things as Instagram has now become the single largest medium for the dispersal of visual content bypassing the reach of all the top magazines combined. Almost 860,000 people follow Miss Tina Louise (@miss_tina_louise) on Instagram, a number sure to grow after her appearance on the GLAM cover. We also have some really astounding Instagram statis-tics of our own. The photographer of our cover set James Thompson is a young man who likes to party and take amazing pictures. We discovered him about 6 weeks ago and shared one of his pictures and that picture has racked up 77,000 likes of its own on the @vologlam feed. It’s the single most successful image on our feed and it left no doubts in our mind to offer him the cover for this issue.
