The Tatler Best Guide marks the evolution of the Tatler Dining Guide, which we have published since 1986. This definitive volume has grown to celebrate excellence across the full spectrum of hospitality, encompassing restaurants, bars and hotels across the island. Guided by insights from our expert jury and reviewers, we have shortlisted and rated a curated selection of establishments that continue to shape and elevate Singapore’s vibrant F&B scene. Through a rigorous voting process, the highest-scoring venues are named among the Best 20 Restaurants and Best 20 Bars for 2026, with the top honours awarded as Restaurant of the Year and Bar of the Year. Singapore’s hotel landscape has likewise never felt more dynamic, with a wave of both marquee and boutique openings in recent years. This year also marks the inaugural Best 10 Hotels—an unranked collection of the most memorable stays, as determined by our discerning panel. The hotel receiving the highest number of votes is named Hotel of the Year. We also recognise outstanding achievements through our special awards, honouring establishments that set new benchmarks across key areas—from design and service to rising talent within their teams.
