In dieser Angelegenheit

When an architect loves his work, he creates wonder. His creation makes him legendary. A life-less space can be turned into a lively one with the help of strong architectural backbone. Besides, to achieve this end, sensitivity to the nature, the landscape and the surrounding environment is absolutely critical. In addition, meticulous material selection and careful spatial planning make that space elegant and aesthetic.
I am thrilled to present the award winning spaces we feature in this issue of some imaginative architects from the GLITZ Design Honour-2019; they are all ingeniously designed, meticulously planned & aesthetically outstanding.
For this time's cover story we have the project Amaya Resort, Uluberia, an expression of restfulness to the built articulated by the unbuilt, designed by Salient Design Studio from Kolkata, conceived to be an urban getaway and event destination, the resort has plugged to the ZEN expressions of connecting man with nature.
The issue also features the projects of some creative architects located in different parts of country; Café Battalion, Ahmedabad designed by The Grid Architects, based on a refreshingly different theme of ‘respecting the Indian Army’; Vaishnavi Terraces Clubhouse, Bangalore-transforming the contextual rigidity of the site profile into playful curves, designed by Inform Architects; Farmer’s Den, Gandhinagar, a well-designed naturally lit ideal space by The Grid Architects; PBS & Sons Corporate Office, Hospet derives its presence & ambience through a form-enabled Architecture of angular geometry combined with intentional materiality & ISB Housing Tower One, Hyderabad is a sustainable tall green building with quality residential and social spaces, both designed by Inform Architects; Lucid House, Edappal, Kerala, is an illustrative, where an urban context has been transformed into an intimate and tranquil living space designed by Attiks Architecture and KS Residence, Bangalore, again designed by Inform Architects.
