Lastly he was Collector of Ratnagari district in coastal Maharashtra before being transferred as Collector of Nashik.In an exclusive interview with India Unbound Mr. Radhakrishnan shared his childhood days in Tamilnadu, his experience through various postings. In exclusive Interview with India Unbound he shared his achievements throughout his political career, GST plan, and his upcoming plans for Forest, Finance and Planning departments, Pakistan and Terrorism.
