This week the most talked about topic is ‘Mental Health’ as we are losing confidence about the time
we are all going through. ‘Depression’ has been a more significant life challenge than COVID19 pandemic because work and earning are badly affected by the situation. The educated working professionals sadly are unable to relate to the present happenings around us. Even in a normal situation, educated class wonder about the meaning of life and currently the state of affairs are highly unforeseeable. The most lacking point in the society is our ‘unpreparedness’ regarding disastrous things that happen in life. We easily identify with success but avoid exploring the areas
of failure because there is a constant social call ‘be positive’. But we need to learn when we are drenched into a real negative situation, how we can deal with it.
