With the demand for bakery products growing exponentially across the country over the past few years, the Indian bakery industry has been experiencing an upward movement with changes in product pattern as per emerging trends.
Moreover, the fact that the per capita consumption of bakery products in India is much less than that of the developed countries, gives the Indian bakery industry a huge growth potential.
The rising demand for bakery products necessitates a corresponding growth of the bakery ingredients sector to meet the increasing demand of the bakery products. This is very much true for the Indian bakery industry also.
