Server market in India declined by 16.8 per cent quarter-on-quarter in Q4 2016, with 30,501 units shipped in Q4 2016 as against 36,668 units in Q3 2016, said an International Data Corporation (IDC) report recently. In terms of revenue, there was a 4.2 per cent quarter-on-quarter growth registered in Q4 2016, majorly due to the sales of high-density servers.
