Hop, Skip And Jump Into Spring

There is no colour combination that better says spring has arrived than purple and yellow. A pot filled with shades of purple with a touch of pink and contrasting yellow screams, “Look at me! I’m beautiful and I will flower all season!”

1 Osteospermum ecklonis ‘Voltage Yellow’ and Osteospermum ecklonis ‘Akila Mix’: Plant in full sun for the flowers to open to their full potential. They also do well mass planted in a flower border.

2 Limonium sinuatum ‘QIS Lavender’: A low-maintenance plant that grows in full sun and makes long-lasting colorful bracts for the vase.

3 Salvia ‘Mirage Deep Purple’: A heat-tolerant salvia with bold deep-purple blooms that reach a height of 30cm.

4 Bidens ‘Pretty in Pink’: An upright, compact variety. It is fast-growing and early blooming and works well as a foundation plant in patio pots. Can also be used as a border plant in the garden and flowers from spring through summer.

5 Ranunculus asiaticus ‘Sprinkles Yellow’: Stronger, shorter and more compact bedding ranunculus are available this season for pots and garden beds.

6 Brachyscome ‘Violet’: Great for filling in bare spots and makes effective mass plantings. Flowers prolifically and is easy to grow in full sun or semi-shade.

7 Nemesia fruticans ‘Nesia Blue’: A nemesia that flowers more often and for longer
