A bloke was prowling about a junk heap in the States when he came across the frame of an old motorcycle. He bought it for little more than a lunch at Macca’s and took it home. Thinking he’d restore it, and knowing some parts would be required, he wrote off to Harley-Davidson. Very soon he got a letter back from Harley-Davidson offering him $5000 for the battered thing. Hmm, he thought. That offer sure came quick. So he said no, he’d figured out how to fix it.

Keeping Girls On Motorcycles
On any given weekend at your local motorcycle club, you will see throngs of kids blasting around on dirt bikes having a great time. More often than not, it’s at these local club tracks where kids are introduced to motorbikes. Boys and girls (under 10 years old) get out there and simply enjoy riding their bike without too much competition. Not many of the kids or parents care where they finish in the pack — it’s just about having fun.
