Aún no entiendes por qué no pasaste a la siguiente fase. “La mayoría de los candidatos toma los procesos de selección como un examen a su valor como persona. Los nervios les juegan malas experiencias o no consiguen dejarse llevar en una situación que debe ser como un cortejo”, afirma Arancha Ruiz, headhunter de talento y marca personal, y profesora del IE Business School. Para que se acuerden de ti (y no de tus rivales), los expertos aconsejan llegar con tres ideas mínimas de por qué eres la mejor opción para la convocatoria que te interesa; pero no se trata de recitar tus virtudes como un robot. Emma Codd, mánager de la consultora Deloitte en el Reino Unido, explica la importancia de la naturalidad: “Se buscan perfiles con vivencias ricas y variadas, no el mismo patrón corporativo. Cada mujer es la suma de sus experiencias y eso es lo que aportará un valor añadido a la marca”.
