The 18th Annual National Women’s Health and Fitness Day is the nation’s largest annual health promotion event for women of all ages. The program focuses attention on the importance of regular physical activity and health awareness for women. HIGH Fitness is the perfect workout for participants of all ages and stages in a non-judgmental, welcoming environment for the 60-minute, easy-to-follow choreographed class that is synced to fan-favorite music tracks.
