1⁄2 cup olive oil, divided
2 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
6 cups all-purpose flour
Pumpkin Filling
1 large butternut squash or
1 medium pumpkin, peeled,
seeded, and coarsely grated
(3 cups)
2 large onions, grated (3 cups) 1⁄4 tsp. salt
