Sex with strangers, throwing up in a gutter, drunk people half naked. Sounds horrific doesn't it? But these are just some of the shocking things your teens could be getting up to this summer.

As more and more youngsters flock to places like Magaluf, Malia and Kavos to celebrate the end of exams, rather than just letting their hair down, more often than not they’re putting themselves in danger. And, from cheap booze and rising STDs, it really is every parent’s worst nightmare.

Here, we speak to one woman who’s seen it all – and wants to warn you of the risks…

‘It was the worst time of my life’

Laila Sinacola, 28, lives in wallingford, oxfordshire, with her husband Lee, 31, and their son, Sterling, two months. Laila worked in Zante for six months when she was 17.

After a family holiday to Zante in summer 2005, I fell in love with the place. And having just left school I decided to spend six months working in the Greek party town, Laganos, to save cash and meet some new people.
