15 Things I've learned In 15 Years

15 Things I've learned In 15 Years

1. Everything happens for a reason.

“Lo que es tuyo, nadie te lo quita [What’s meant to be yours, no one else can take away].”

2. Never take anything or anyone for granted.

“Your family is always going to be there for you, and always has [been], so make sure you treat them the way they deserve to be treated.”

3. Don’t take things too seriously!

“Just sit back, relax, and I promise you will enjoy life. I try not to overthink everything.”

4. Wear sunscreen!

“The sun can be harsh on your skin. Wearing sunscreen can prevent skin cancer…so that’s good. You don’t want that.”

5. Think before you quit.

“I should’ve continued taking those dreaded piano lessons my parents ‘forced’ me to take. I regret not staying with it. I would be such a good piano player right now.”
