How are most truly huge men able to become so big?
It’s kind of like asking Usain Bolt, how can you run so fast? He just can. Genetics go beyond what you’re already familiar with hearing about, as in bone structure, muscle belly lengths, and response to training, all of which are optimized in the biggest men. But one aspect I also like to talk about in terms of becoming huge is the tremendous amount of food you have to eat to support all those gains and to maintain that extreme amount of muscle mass. Generally speaking, you must have a big appetite or else you will always be fighting an uphill battle. You also need to be able to efficiently digest a large volume of food. That’s another part of this scenario most people never even consider. I’ve known people who always struggled to put on size because they couldn’t eat much without feeling full and bloated. Even if they could manage to put all the food away, their bodies didn’t seem to do anything with it. Who knew there was such a thing as “digestion genetics”?
