All is not well with the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Bihar. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s veiled warnings to “those out to create social rift in the state” are widely being seen to be directed at a section of BJP leaders from Bihar. Sources in the ruling Janata Dal (United) say that even though the chief minister has not mentioned anyone in particular, recent incidents pertaining to law and order lapses have really irked him.
