SUMMER HASSLE:
Over a period of time, the sun’s UV rays damage the elastin and collagen tissue and cause premature aging in the form of skin discoloration, wrinkles, sallowness and sagging. In addition to your skin, summer takes a toll on your hair too. When hair gets dehydrated, it becomes brittle which can lead to split ends and breakage. Coloured hair is even more vulnerable to dryness and frizziness.
DO’S AND DON’TS FOR HAIRCARE IN SUMMER:
• Protect your scalp and hair by wearing a hat or carrying an umbrella.
• Use moisturizing shampoos and conditioners to prevent frizzy and dull hair.
• Use products with ingredients like morocco, argan or coconut oil for hydration.
