Imagine my surprise when I listened to the new glam rock band, The Struts, an English rock band influenced by Queen, Oasis and Rolling Stones. Their album Everybody Wants is loaded with great tunes, in fact, there is zero filler. That&#39;s right; every song is pure fun-filled rock and roll. It&#39;s been a long time since a rock ban d that doesn&#39;t take itself too seriously kicks ass the way The Struts do. Here&#39;s a breakdown of their album.</p>&quot;Roll Up&quot; is a full song, yet really just an introduction. This is a band that likes pubs, rock and energy. Enough said. The next song, the anthem &quot;Could Have Been Me&quot; is an uplifting riff that was made for arenas. You can visualize the crowds chanting as Luke Spiller belts out the lyrics. &quot;Kiss Off&#39; is another song, released as a single, one of a few that have a Rolling Stones vibe, in a good way. Slowing it down a tad, &quot;Put Your Money On Me&quot; is a strange title, but don&#39;t let that take away the storyline of waking up, hating work and having a little smoke just to get by. Relatable to say the least... What I also like about this band is how they refuse to shy from clich&eacute;s; take the song &quot;Mary Go Round&quot; or &quot;Dirty Sexy Money&quot;, the latter shouting the lyric &quot;she&#39;s so shit hot&quot; which is one of the greatest (and humorous) lyrics I&#39;ve heard in a while. In addition to fun-filled rock, The Struts also break out motivational tunes with &quot;Young Stars&quot; and &quot;Time Are Changing&quot;, the former a look through a crystal ball and the latter a song very fitting for the current times which appear confusing to many.&nbsp;<img src="http://magarticles.magzter.com/articles/4702/203898/587777d0cae27/1484224432_loc.jpg"" owidth=551 oheight=783" />Don&#39;t miss out on this band, fans of rock and pop culture alike will love this no hassle band.
