“There are various aspects which determine the delivery of urban healthcare. While looking into the service delivery system of any corporations, we need to take into consideration various factors. We need to check whether the service delivery is inclusive, or it is including all the beneficiaries in a fair and justifiable manner, or there are some beneficiaries who are not getting included in the system,” she said.
