The jerseys have been cleaned, the field has been mowed, the ivy has been watered, which can only mean one thing: It’s Opening Day at Wrigley Field. April 9 marks the first 2018 home game for the Chicago Cubs as they take on the Pittsburgh Pirates at the Friendly Confines. Beyond the game, there are plenty of additional ways to enjoy the season with more new features coming to the grounds. Park at Wrigley continues to be a main draw, acting as the ballpark’s “backyard” with more outdoor space, food and beverage options, large screen TVs and vendors that are available to fans before, during and after innings. Game Day Grub

Hot dogs and beer aren’t the only options for food on game day. Some of the new attractions opening this month include all the additional dining options that will be part of Hotel Zachary, a boutique property across the street from Wrigley Field and Park at Wrigley.
