As someone who had once told herself that sports were only for the gifted, Ann Sedai has proven herself wrong on many counts. “Sports were never my thing. I couldn’t run or swim when I was younger,” says the 31-year-old. Today, the swim instructor is also a level 1 Triathlon Coach with the International Triathlon Union (ITU).“I am really glad to be where I am now. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.”
