The director of Betty &Wolff on her style philosophy, Studio 54, and ultimate vintage finds.
The year was 2009 when I was first introduced to the stylish Giana Aleah Zulkafli. She was running a quaint vintage clothing store in Melbourne called Memoirs Boutique and I remember being captivated by her fearless spirit when it came to her fashion; from her bold Alexis Colby-inspired retro printed dresses down to her exquisite choice of statement accessories, her style was classic glamour, and all fabulous.
Fast forward to today, nearly a decade later, I am reunited with the 34-year-old director at Betty & Wolff, an architecture and interior design company, as she gives BAZAAR the low-down on her personal style. “I find that my style is ever-changing and evolving. Back in my 20s, I gravitated towards retro and vintage styles. These days, I find myself mixing the old and the new for looks that exude eclecticism,” says Giana.
