Lovebirds Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are planning to secretly tie the knot — after nearly four years of ups and downs!
Sources confirmed the couple went through pre-marriage counseling on Feb. 9 to prepare for a private ceremony at Gwen’s Los Angeles home.
The pair met up with Gwen’s parish priest with her three sons — Kingston, 12, Zuma, 10, and Apollo, 4 — on hand to learn their parts in the secret ceremony.
