Woman behind reality show sues funnyman CLAIMING HARASSMENT and threats

TELEVISION tyrant Steve Harvey has been gut-punched with another nasty lawsuit — accusing him of stalking, harassment and civil rights violations!

Essie Berry — the widow of “What’s Happening!” star Fred “Rerun” Berry — wants $5 million from the “Family Feud” host for trying to scuttle a reality TV project!

In court documents obtained exclusively by The National ENQUIRER, Essie claimed the cigar-chomping scumbag used threats, intimidation and a sealed gag order to silence her and smear her name.

Essie alleges Harvey, 61, targeted her with his dirty tricks after she asked his ex-wife, Mary Vaughn, to join the reality show, “Widows, Wives and Ex-Celebrity Wives.”

“The defendant went to great lengths to make Ms. Berry’s life a living hell,” the complaint, filed on March 8, read.

“I was sent several letters telling me to shut up, telling me I was gagged!” she charged.
