In three short years, Meghan Trainor has scaled the heights of pop-music stardom, striking a blow for female empowerment and body positivity with hits such as “All About That Bass,” “Lips Are Movin” and “No” and winning the Grammy for Best New Artist in 2016. The 24-year-old Massachusetts native has some equally big plans for 2018, as she readies her third major-label album for release and starts planning a wedding with her fiancé, actor Daryl Sabara, 25. Meghan, who also just wrapped a season as a panelist on Fox’s singing competition show The Four: Battle for Stardom, talks about embracing love and rising to new challenges.
