Every bride wants to look her best for the wedding Unfortunately, some have the misguided option looking good mead: losing as much weight as possible. l have met brides-to-be embarking on crash diets just so that they could ï¬t into a gown that was two size- smaller than their usual size.
The reality of losing a lot of weight is that your skin loses its lustre and elasticity and you may not be physically strong enough to face the gruelling activities of your big day. It's more important to be ï¬t and healthy ,than skinny and tired-looking.
