Pharmacie was founded in 2015 by Ground Coffee’s Rick Curtis, with Tash Murphy as manager and creative designer. When we profiled Tash in Caffeine #37, she talked about the community aspect of Pharmacie, so it’s no surprise that the Hove-based roaster emphasizes the personal history of each coffee farmer.
