A dynamic sum of many parts in perpetual fast-forward motion, Manasi Kirloskar is the perfect personification of the term, multifaceted. She is the Executive Director of Kirloskar Systems Ltd, is an integral part of Kirloskar Motor Ltd and also works with the group’s insurance brokerage and medical companies. However, that is not all. Not nearly. An entrepreneur who firmly believes in creating her own professional path, Manasi is the founder and CEO of Caring with Colour which seeks to create a new education paradigm for Government schools.
Away from the corporate calling, Manasi is a trained deep sea diver, a passion she feels has many parallels with running a mega business entity. She is an excellent artist who ensures she takes the time out to paint every weekend and she is a fitness enthusiast who never forgets to put in the hours at a gym every day.

What is happening in Manasi Kirloskar’s universe right now?
So many things! The favourable one, however, is my social impact start-up called, Caring with Colour- A Manasi Kirloskar Initiative. We seek to create wholesome young minds through a reformed education paradigm rooted in experience and discovery. The initiative will be geared towards Government schools and will use the Arts (movement, performance, visual, music) combined with hands-on activity kits and technology to create pedagogy that will improve learning outcomes. Establishing Caring with Colour has been a dream since the age of 14 and I am so happy to finally realise it.
You are part of a family that has entrepreneurship in its genes. Does that create a sense of expectation?
