We’ve all heard the sage advice to drink at least eight glasses of water a day. That is because our bodies are made of 60 percent water, so we need to keep sufficiently hydrated in order to stay in the pink of health.

In the same vein, our skin is the largest organ we have, so it needs moisture regularly to keep it young and blemish-free. Using a moisturiser is not just about aesthetics; your skin needs it every day in order to maintain its youthful longevity.
