Spring Is in the air! How to get things blooming with your bae...

Spring Clean Your Love Life

DE-CLUTTER YOUR MIND

All winter long, your emotions have been piling up like the laundry you’ve been ignoring. Maybe you’ve been crushing on that one cutie for months, yet he hasn’t even blinked in your direction. Or maybe you’re still late-night texting with your ex, even though you two broke up ages ago. The point is to identify those emotional dust bunnies that have been rolling around in your head for too long—and then whisk ’em away.

CLEAN SWEEP: Grab your journal or open up a notes app on your phone and jot down the good and the bad about your current situation. What still makes you happy? What actually causes you more stress than joy (ahem, texting)? Once you’ve got pros and cons boldly listed in black and white, it’ll be easier to do something about them.

TOSS OUT THE TRASH

So you’ve ID’d the areas that could stand a little spiffing up. Now get ready to bag up the stuff that’s bringing you down. Yep, that BF of yours is cuter than Jacob Sartorius...but not so hot? The way he “forgets” to tell you he has plans with his friends when you’re waiting for him. If he can’t change, it may be time to consider relegating him to the curb.
