How A Celeb Makeup Artist Gets Glowing

REDBOOK: If you have only a minute to do your face, what do you do?

LISA ELDRIDGE: I curl my lashes and put on a slick of mascara, use a little concealer just where I have redness and pigmentation—which is all you need anyway—cheat a fuller lip with liner, then finish with a dab of blush.

RB: How do you amp it up for night?

LE: I love doing a bright lip, because it’s quicker than eyeliner and shadow. I also add highlighter to my cheekbones and individual lashes on the outer third of each eye—these instantly make you look wide awake. Put the glue on the back of your hand first, then wait a few minutes before applying; if it’s too wet, the lashes won’t stick well.
