I LOVE A GOOD VACATION. Sleeping in, more time with my kids, ice cream. But it’s really hard to get back on track with my nutrition and fitness when I use a few days away as an excuse to throw my normal habits out the window. So I plan ahead and find ways to keep up with my exercise goals; I also make sure I balance any indulgent food with healthy choices. All that helps me enjoy trips more, because I have tons of energy and a clear conscience. Use these simple ideas and you’ll feel your best when you return.
