Use Your Brain!
CLEO Malaysia|November 2017

You walk 5,000 steps and lift every day, so surely your most important muscle needs a workout, too. Take the quiz to gauge how well your grey matter’s doing.

Use Your Brain!

Just like we have the capacity to get a six-pack, so does our brain, but it comes down to the right lifestyle choices. You would train your body to get fit. In the same sense, your brain needs the right regimen to stay in shape.

You may be one of two sides: On your way to being brain-fit , but you have to ramp up your commitment level. (So skip the fad diets and aim for a balanced eating plan.) Or, you can be really good without knowing it — you prioritise nutrition to help your brain function at its best, and you stay active on a daily basis.

A brain that can adapt, change, and lead with a high level of flexibility, agility and creativity is a force to be reckoned with. This is where sleep patterns, quality rest and food make sure you have ideal cognition, memory, mental flexibility, mood and general wellbeing. You’ve probably already had one of those days (remember when you finished that stack of paperwork in two hours and had time to meet the 5pm optimal Insta post time?). Yeah.

Know this: Your brain is important, so never neglect it. Take the test and rate your head health. Because the whole ”You only use 10 per cent of your brain” myth is really just that — a myth.

Just like you need to train your body to get fit, your brain needs the right regimen to stay in shape.
