Body confidence shattered aside, sometimes your sex life and your relationship take a hit too. How would you look at or tackle body image issues?

Know this — you should love your body no matter what shape or size it is. Weight in a relationship should never be a deal breaker, and if he can’t accept it, he’s gotta go.

Even if he still loves you the way you are, there’s still that internal struggle chipping away at your self-confidence. Good news. Help is at hand.
