Carrie Goforth Wojciechowski
I come from a mixed race family. My mother’s family is from Warsaw Poland and my father is Native (Taalagi) American Indian. I love my heritage and am very proud of my culture, although it hasn’t always been easy to be different. I am completely satisfied with the uniqueness of my DNA.

Tell us about a bit about yourself?

I am a hustler. I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Orthopaedics and sport med. I am a fitness model and Professional Bodybuilder. I am a full-time mommy. I have been an athlete all my life. My dad was a professional boxer; It’s in the genes. I began gymnastics at age 5/6, cheered for the University of Louisville. It is important to me to demonstrate commitment, motivation, perseverance, and drive to my two small children and others around me.

What was your initial reaction when you were chosen to shoot for FHM?

I was beyond ecstatic. It is such an honor to be chosen as the look for this magazine. I am blessed to be able to grace these pages and to share a glimpse into my life.

How do you prepare for a shoot?
