Paulina Sotto and Happy Andrada share their colorful stories of living boldly and creatively
Pursuing one’s passion has long been a mantra of many young women, but living out one’s dreams isn’t always easy. A myriad challenges can litter the path to success, but it is only in daring to face the challenges with open arms can one truly achieve a liberating and empowering existence that leads to success. Two artists—Paulina Sotto and Happy Andrada—share their inspiring stories of living beautifully and creatively with art at the center of their lives.
PAULINA SOTTO’S PURE LOVE FOR ART
Visual artist Paulina Luz Sotto is more than just her pedigree. She is her own woman and by the way she leads her life, she’s beautifully capable of carving her niche. Her grandfather might be National Artist and renowned painter Arturo Luz and her dad is none other than showbiz legend Vic Sotto, yet Paulina is steadily establishing a name for herself that’s associated with her marvelous works of art—her paintings.
She lives her life boldly by not being afraid to explore new things. “I had no artistic skill and I was put in an art class in high school. This is where I discovered my love for painting and drawing,” she begins. She found a love for abstract style by chance, waking up one day with an idea for a painting.
