Brian Neagle believes that every animal deserves a second chance.

FOR EVERY ANIMAL at WOOF Pet Rescue Society in Woodward, there is a story, and volunteer assistant kennel foreman Brian Neagle can tell them all. He comes in at least five days a week to clean the kennels; check on everyone’s food, water, and exercise; and take care of other rescue needs. Most important, he is there to give lost and abandoned pets what they need more than anything: love and attention. Sarge, a heeler mix, was brought in as a stray. His background is unknown, but his body language suggested that it wasn’t a happy one.
