Sidharth Khurana: The market share of Studds in India is about 30%
xBhp: How’s the international waters doing for Studds?
Sidharth Khurana: For international markets Studds has 2 brands, Studds and SMK. SMK is a premium segment brand catering more to European and American markets whereas Studds caters to the more price sensitive markets. Currently we are exporting to about 40 countries all over the world with a fantastic growth story also Internationally.
xBhp: Is the company focusing on Tier2-Tier3 cities?
Sidharth Khurana: Today the tier 2 and tier 3 cities form a big part of our sales with an ever increasing retail presence in these cities.
xBhp: Is the company planning to expand with newer plants in any city?
