Rajeev Kapur: Being the brand leader in the helmet industry, Steelbird is currently enjoying 30%-40% market share in the organised helmet sector in India with 3 state of the art plants and a manufacturing capacity of 18000 helmets a day.
xBhp: How is the international waters doing for Steelbird?
Rajeev Kapur: Apart from being Asia’s largest helmet manufacturer, Steelbird has made international footprints as it is present in all major countries.
Talking about its global presence, Steelbird plans to increase its foothold in South Asian countries, Gulf and Africa as these are emerging markets with lot of potential for helmets with reference to helmet standards.
