With over 35,000 global customers spanning diverse fields of telecom, software, aerospace and automobile, the US-based $1.3 billion electronic testing solutions provider, National Instruments (NI) shed light on the future trends in the industrial environment, which are seeing immense resource allocation inside R&D labs, and are going to spawn a new era in the fast changing world.

At its 14th annual conference on graphical design, NIDays 2017, concluded in Bangalore on October 26, the forum brought together industry experts, researchers and scientists, who discussed and addressed the challenges and opportunities for testing systems in the future.

The future is set to be disrupted with humongous technological advancements being made in the area of machine learning applications, industrial internet of things (IIoT), wireless technology; and in the automotive space – vehicle electrification and autonomous driving.
