Buying your first home together is one of the most significant decisions you will make as husband and wife. It is a decision that requires much research and consideration not only because it is a huge financial commitment, but because it will also be the first place you and your spouse can call “home”; the first place you can call your own.
Understandably, it is wise to seek advice when embarking on this journey. Mr Jimmy Beh, an expert from First Home Advisors, says that, “First-time home buyers have a lot to consider before buying their first home. One of the most common mistakes they make is that they try to do everything by themselves, but they should seek as much as advice as possible in order to make an informed and educated decision on their first home purchase.”
