Find Your Fund, The Banks Aren't Paying!

Funds have dried up! Entrepreneurs are being forced to look at new ways to bankroll their business incubation and growth strategies.

Find Your Fund, The Banks Aren't Paying!

Business owners aren’t able to fuel the growth of their ventures the way they wish to for want of its lifeblood, money. Banks have erected an impregnable wall in front of their main doors to stop entrepreneurs from approaching them. Yes, that is how it seems! Banks simply aren’t lending, at least, they are making the process complicated and cumbersome for the people who most desperately need funds. The large enterprises are able to arm-twist on account of their sheer size and promise of huge profits, often with disastrous effect, as we are told by the press very volubly these days. Nonperforming-Assets is the bogey that is being thrown at loan applicants!

With the economy refusing to rebound young entrepreneurs, other new entrants in business and small enterprises are the most cash strapped. On the one hand customers are hard to come by and on the other the lending institutions refuse to do what they are supposed to. So, while there is a crying need for fresh initiatives by government, and private finance companies, to fund this large segment of the economy, promoters can’t stop activity in anticipation of a miracle - business has to go on. They go in search of other sources of funds when their desperate efforts to impress their banker fall on deaf ears.
