GEORGE'S LONELY LIFE WITH AMAL

The actor is desperate to return to his Hollywood heyday, but his lawyer wife has other plans
GEORGE'S LONELY LIFE WITH AMAL

It would take the tenacity of an international human rights lawyer to take Hollywood’s most notorious and sought after bachelor off the market, and when Amal Alamuddin married George Clooney in 2014 in Venice, the couple exuded nothing but pure happiness.

Fast forward six years and Woman’s Day hears that everything George, 59, once loved about his successful wife has now become the reason the couple are at breaking point!

According to one well-placed insider, George is struggling to play stay-at-home dad to the couple’s twins, Alexander and Ella, three, as his busy wife continues to uphold her demanding work schedule.

“Amal’s interests are serious business,” says the source, adding that George is desperate for a bit of fun. “George is an activist, but he wouldn’t mind watching sports or an action flick once in a while.”

Instead, friends say his wife is keeping him busy.

With most Hollywood productions on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic, Amal, 42, is said to have tasked George with feeding, bathing and reading bedtime stories to their twins – a far cry from his wild bachelor days.
