I see a lot of clients who have invaded a partner’s privacy and it never ends well. Whether you find something incriminating or not, you’ve broken a layer of trust that can’t be fixed and, if your partner finds out, it can be really hard to get past. It will come up in every future argument and you’ll end up resenting each other.
