With her old talent agency rumoured to be ‘demanding’ a cut of her future earnings, is Holly ready for battle?
‘I won't be taken for A FOOL'

Holly Willoughby could be forced to go head-to-head with her former talent agency YMU after reports emerged that they allegedly want to take a cut of her future earnings, despite no longer working with the TV star. Insiders close to Holly, 39, said she’s not willing to ‘rollover’ without a fight and ‘won’t be taken for a fool’, as she prepares to go it alone with her newly-created agency Roxy Management. But, while Holly is ready to do battle, things could get awkward, as her This Morning co-host and best pal Phillip Schofield is still looked after by YMU...

GOING IT ALONE

These claims come after Holly decided to cut ties in order to set up her own talent agency, where she’ll work closely with an all-female team, including a personal assistant, publicist and accountant.
