BUTTON GREETINGS CARDS

YOU WILL NEED

  • Grey card
  • Selection of white buttons
  • Glue
  • Fine black pen
  • Adhesive pearl gems

1 To make the snowman card, fold a piece of grey card in half and lay flat with the fold at the top. Alternatively, use ready-made card blanks.

2 In the bottom right-hand corner, attach a large white button using strong glue. Add a smaller white button on top as the snowman’s head.

3 Use a fine black pen to draw details like the snowman’s hat, scarf and arms. Add pearl adhesive gems to the rest of the card to look like falling snow.

4 To make the hanging baubles card, fold a piece of grey card in the same way. Using a fine black pen, draw several equally-spaced lines from the top of the card to look like threads, adding little bows at the end.

5 Glue buttons or adhesive gems to each ‘thread’ as glittering baubles. Finish with a handwritten message.
