Readers’ donations have given new hope to thousands of children.

What a year it’s been! We’ve reached our million-pound target and celebrated 20 years of the Helping Hand Appeal. To remind us of just what has been achieved, here are some of the children whose lives have been transformed in recent years, by a daily school meal, which gives them energy to learn, to play and to just be children.
