PATRICE RIVERS: WHAT INSPIRED YOU THE MOST TO ENTER INTO THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?

KHRISTEN MURDOCK: I always knew I had a gift of helping people. Fitness was one of them. I have been active all my life so Fitness was something that was always a part of me.

PATRICE: HOW DO YOU KEEP A HEALTHY DIET 365 DAYS A YEAR? I KNOW THERE MUST BE SOME CHALLENGES ALONG THE WAY.

KHRISTEN: Honestly, It’s very hard. I research, I ask other fitness experts to gain knowledge and I listen to my body. Working out and eating healthy, while understanding your body and genetics will help you to achieve your goals. You just have to develop the discipline, be dedicated and maintain it.

PATRICE: WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THE BEST DIET?

KHRISTEN: Well, both men and women should definitely do research, talk to a fitness professional about what their specific goals are, and start making small changes to your diet. Take it slow. The best diet always depends on the individual themselves and their genetics. That’s why it’s important to research and consult a fitness professional to help assist you if you have questions.
