That’s the verdict from Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), which has identified six themes defining the luxury hospitality scene in 2020 and the progressive hotels delivering these experiences.
Discerning travellers now expect bioarchitecture, conservation projects, plastic-free initiatives and carbon neutrality.
