After the lifting of the lockdown in most countries consequent to the pandemic, it is helping the safe reopening of high-rise offices, metro stations and airports through touch-less elevator technologies, purification products including ultraviolet (UV) and other germicidal lighting, predictive maintenance and other innovations.
The eCall Smartphone app allows passengers to call elevators directly from their phones, creating a fast and touchless experience and significantly reducing the number of physical touch points.
Bluetooth technology enables an even more seamless experience and the App can be integrated with a variety of different equipment.
